Maybe THIS ? I hope you won't tell us that your office is not upgrading any of their computers. so i have no visible firewall i know of on my computer (they may have something built in that i don't know about). Also, your's is already outdated.

needless to say there are a lot of crashes that can occur over the course of a year. Zero days of fruitcake. With Crap Cleaner, the first one, under Windows/System is Temporary Files, I keep that unchecked for those are Temp Files. by R.
