After about 45 min of trying the different methods here, it was fixed, and the 16 missed Windows updates took longer to install than the actual troubleshooting and repairing. We can do this easily on a home machine but if we have server in question than take some considerations. I SWITCHED IT FROM THIS ACCOUNT TO LOCAL SYSTEM AND IT WORKED. Worked like a dream!
