Windows 7 Stuck After Login
I went to the website you told me to to add the Safe Mode option in the boot.ini file, but I can't find that file to add what they are telling Do not go into the Repair Utility!!! Once you got your things backed up and safe.. I could press Ctrl-ESC to bring up Taskman, but that doesn't show anything obviously out of the ordinary with the System Idle process consuming most of the time.

Then I tried to log into safe mode, I got past the choose ID screen, then it stopped loading again. I used to not be able to go pass the log on screen (I didn't have a password set up to log on, I just had to click on my account).
