I've tried so many but the one that solved my problem was to delete the files in /drivers and reinstall the driver for my printer. Is there any possibility that the HP Diskjet uninstallers or RevoProUninstaller removed it? Is there some other program or registry entry or something that could have been deleted by the HP DeskJet uninstaller? Can someone tell me how i can find.
on the right side, look for print spooler, double left click on it, select start, close the system services window.this should fix that problem. I can't get it to start. On the Print Mangement - I have a PC running Windows Vista here. I do not need to stop the Print Spooler service.

Did you install the printer software that came with the printer? Double click on the Printer Spooler service line and you should then be click on the "Start" button if needed and make sure the Startup Type is "Automatic".Hope this helps.Grif Flag Navigate toHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spooler3. It gave me a message to start my Print Spooler service. One thing I did notice - there is an Uninstall option if I look in Device Manager, Imaging Devices and right click Canon MP470 ser.
